Presolicitation Notice The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for Cyclophosphamide 50mg capsules Roxane (100capsules/bottle) NDC: 00054-0383-25 for the Saint Louis VA Medical Center. The solicitation will be set aside for small businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 325412. The size standard is 1,250 employees. All other details will be included in the Request for Quotes (RFQ), which will be released on May 23, 2016 with a deadline of May 25, 2016. Questions and quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number VA255-16-Q-0523 in the subject line to yvonne.kittling@va.gov. All amendments, any other information pertaining to this solicitation, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Contractors may access SAM at https://www.sam.gov.
