Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation for 2ea Anterior Phaco Systems for the Columbia VAMC. This acquisition shall be Unrestricted, Open to both large and small business entities under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339115 with a size standard of 1000 employees. All other contract details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Quotes which will be released on or about May 23rd 2016 with a deadline of May 27th, 2016, 10:00 am eastern. Quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number VA255-16-Q-0518 in the subject line to larry.zaritz@va.gov. All amendments, any other information pertaining to this solicitation, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Contractors may access SAM at https://www.sam.gov.
