Attachment 1 Avwatch DUK M67854-16-I-1128 HAHO PNS RFI Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Program Manager (PM), Infantry Weapons Systems (IWS), Product Manager (PdM) Reconnaissance and Amphibious Raids (RAR), seeks information regarding industry's capability to provide a High Altitude High Opening Parachutist Navigation System (HAHO PNS). The Government is seeking information on an item brand name or equal to the Avwatch, Inc. Dismounted User Kit (DUK). The DUK is a scalable, peer-to-peer network, which provides data, video, and voice.
