Description

Revised Combo This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals/quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13 procedures are being utilized. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. The solicitation reference number is FA4819-16-Q-3008 and this solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This acquisition will be 100% small business set aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333618. The small business size standard is 1500 employees. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13. *Amendment to add MC Mounts, Flex, P/N: 22000565 Qty. 20 to CLIN 0001 and to extend response date to 03 June 2016 at 11:00 A.M. CST
