- Solicitation DSPO Peer to Peer services. Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) Peer to Peer Services Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for peer to peer support services to support DSPO's suicide prevention mission prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award on a competitive basis a contract for the Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) for the required outreach, resilience and peer to peer support services to support DSPO's suicide prevention mission. A detailed description of the requirement, the CLINs, proposal submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is H98210-16-R-0010 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-88, effective 16 May 2016, and DPN 20160510. This requirement is being advertised as Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 624190, Other Individual and Family Services, and the size standard is $11,000,000.00. Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The Period of Performance will be one 12-month base period from date of award and one 12-month option period. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation by 11:00 AM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time), June 27, 2016. Only proposals received within the response timeframe will be considered by the Government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at: http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date.
