Description

Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for non-medical special mode transportation services for the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SFVAMC) and its outlying CBOCs. The solicitation number for this RFP VA261-16-R-0333. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 31, 2016, with an anticipated quote due date of June 27, 2016. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017 with four (4) one year option periods. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 485991, size standard $15 million. The Government anticipates award of one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm-Fixed Price contract. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to marie.teodoro@va.gov not later than June 22, 2016 at 4:00 PM PST. Note: SDVOSB firms must be registered at the time of quote submission and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry http://www.vetbiz.gov/ Vendors not registered in the VetBiz Registry at the time of quote submission will not be considered for award.
