The Government invites Small Businesses that can sell and deliver High Purity Helium, Nitrogen, and Oxygen for use at the Naval Experimental Diving Unit located at Naval Support Activity in Panama City, Florida. The Government plans to provide a briefing of the needs and expected conditions, and attempt to answer questions by industry members, if necessary.
