W15QKN-16-T-1180(Request for Proposal, Grounds Maintenance -USARC in Big Bend, WV) Site Map INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS ***THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS, AND IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.232-18 " AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS"*** 1. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to procure Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC). Services are to be performed at the: U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC)/OMS, RR #1, Box 174 Big Bend, WV 26136-9724. 2. The Period of Performance for this requirement shall be a twevle month base period and four, twelve-month option period from date of contract award. Estimated to start on or near 1 July 2016. 3. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. 4. Past performance will be be considered during technical evaluation. 5. See FAR 52.212-2, Addendum for evaluation criteria. 6. Offers shall remain valid for 120 calendar days.
