- Clauses and provisions. You must be registered in www.sam.gov to be awarded a purchase order. Provide and install commericial kitchen exhaust system and replace HVAC air distribution system for a 52'8" x 27'6" area in Building #17-24, in accorance with the attached specifications and drawing. The attached Davis-Bacon wage determination is applicable. Clause and provisions are attached. The estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000.
