- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Number: W9127N-16-P-0063 Synopsis: The US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, CENWP-CT-S, Portland Oregon 97204 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for non-destructive examination services and detailed inspection of the of the Green Peter Dam powerhouse bridge and trolley drive open gear sets to determine current equipment condition and remaining lifespan. The powerhouse bridge crane is a 175-ton double box girder overrunning design, utilizing two hoist trolleys to pick the largest load. The crane was installed and commissioned in the 1960s. Green Peter Dam is located approximately 11 miles northwest of Sweet Home, Oregon. This solicitation will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541380 with a size standard of $15,000,000. Quotes will be evaluated based on price. The Government anticipates awarding One (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Services contract. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be: -Period of Performance shall be 15 June 2016 through 29 July 2016. -Work Performance to be coordinated with the Government Point of Contact is anticipated to be 11 July 2016‐15 July 2016 to allow for scheduling. -Laboratory Report Deliverables per Performance Work Statement Sections 4.4 and 5.4 shall be delivered by 22 July 2016 The RFQ is attached to this notice. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS Submitted quotes must include the following completed items: 1. Business Name and Address, Point of Contact and contact information including email, DUNS and CAGE Code 2. Unit and total price for Item 0001 3. 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (APR 2016) In order for a quote to be considered responsive, the offerors must submit the following information listed below electronically to Derek.Caputi@usace.army.mil and Patrick.Collins@usace.army.mil no later than 3:00 pm local time 01 June 2016. Electronic submission is required; however, if the offeror prefers to submit their quotes via mail or common carrier, the shipping address is listed below.
