- Sources Sought Notice This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care system is looking for contractors to participate in our hospital's "Ventilator and Emergency Medical Equipment Fair" Location: 1601 Perdido St, H-Bldg, 1st floor Lobby Dimensions of presentation area: Tables will be set up along the wall of the 1st floor lobby. Approximate area is 14ft x 20ft Table size: 6-ft long Parking: Public parking is available at parking garage located at 1615 Poydras, garage access on S. Robertson St. Vendors will not be permitted to park in the VA parking garage. Date and Time: 6/10/2016@ 11am - 3pm Set-up Time: 6/10/2016 - 10am A loading dock is available at the Perdido St. side of the building. Contractors must use the service elevator and cannot store anything in the loading dock area. NAICS: 334510 PSC: 6515 PARTICIPATION GUIDANCE: I. Video Laryngoscopes "Portable handheld video laryngoscopes for endotracheal tube placement "All distributor(s) for a manufacturer must share the space with other vendors/distributors "A maximum of 4 staff members may be located at the vendor/distributor table "There is no Wi-Fi in this area "Video presentations acceptable; computers will not be provided but vendor/distributor may use their personal laptops. No Network Connection is allowed. Printed literature and/or power points will be helpful. Vendor/distributor must provide the audiovisual equipment i.e. laptop computer "Power is available. Vendors/distributors may bring power strips, if required II. Emergency Airway Equipment "Laryngoscope blades, ET tubes/tube holders, Laryngeal mask airway, ancillary equipment for airway management) "Provide tangible equipment and literature for evaluation on day of event "Video presentations acceptable; computers will not be provided but vendor/distributor may use their personal laptops.
