- NSWC, IHEODTD Indian Head, intends to award a sole source contract to Chemring Energetics Device, Downers Grove, IL This Procurement is for Ordnance Assessment (F-15 SMDC to Gas Initiators) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541380 Size Standard $15 million. The FSC code is H213. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1).
