- CED 2R14-A CED 2R04-A CED 2P13 CED 2P10 CED 2M13 CED 2M11 CED 2M03 CED 2G11-E CED 2G11-A CED 2B01 The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has a requirement to provide carts and racks to commissary stores within the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii and overseas locations. The required carts and racks must meet or exceed the attached specifications of the following Commissary Equipment Descriptions (CEDs): CED 2B01; CED 2G11-A; CED 2G11-E; CED 2M03; CED 2M11; CED 2M13; CED 2P10; CED 2P13; CED 2R04-A; and CED 2R14-A. The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with four one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirement type contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about June 8, 2016 with a tentative closing date of July 11, 2016. The anticipated award date is August 12, 2016. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333924 and the business size standard is 750. Vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), to include listing NAICS 333924 in both databases. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
