Description
HMU Continuity Test - See the first paragraph of this Government requirement for the person to contact. No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHA, Jessica Pate, Contract Specialist, via email Jessica.pate@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone number or email address. PRON: AX6T6021AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 5 each up to 80 each maximum of an HMU Continuity Test, NSN: 4920-01-497-5459, Part Number: LTCT29013-02 applicable to the BL CH-47 Chinook weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 16 each, 156 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 5 each, 2nd Year, 19 each, 3rd Year, 19 each, 4th Year 19 each, and 5th Year, 18 each. This item is restricted to HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC, CAGE CODE: 06848. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
