U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease a minimum of 6,569 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet in Virginia Beach, VA: State: Virginia City: Virginia Beach Delineated Area: North: Route 264 – Virginia – Norfolk Expressway South: International Parkway East: London Bridge Road West: Route 414 West Lynnhaven Parkway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,569 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,897 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Access for oversized vehicles: electrically operated roll up doors required with minimum clearance of 12’ wide x 14’ high Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Parking Ratio 3) Legal description 4) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 5) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 6) Rentable Square Feet Offered 7) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
