- Statement of Work FA4803-16-T-0006 Stormwater Monitoring Equipment Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of Stormwater Monitoring Equipment. Refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more information. Solicitation number FA4803-16-T-0006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS Code) for this procurement is 334519. The Standard Industry Code is 1542. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is 500 EMP. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. This is Firm Fixed Price procurement and will be procured using commercial item procedures and award selection will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
