- PROJECT: Construction of 32' by 64' Pole Barn at Green River Lake in Campbellsville, KY. CONTRACTING POC: Glenn Moon NAICS Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional building construction ($36.5 Million, Size standard) In lieu of Performance and Payment bonds, per FAR 52.228-13 Alternate Payment Protections (2000), Payment Bonds or Irrevocable Letter of Credit is required. NOTE: Award will be based on lowest quote provided by SAM registered companies (see below). The above referenced NAICS Code must be listed on the contractor's SAM registration. THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS HUBZONE PROGRAM. Offers will be accepted only from those firms registered in the SBA HUBZone program. See https://eweb.sba.gov/hubzone/internet/ See Section 00700 FAR 52.219-3 Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. A site visit is recommended. A site visit can be setup by all potential offeror's by contacting the Point of Contact listed below. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer - System for Award Management, which indicates "All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT)." Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.SAM.gov. The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission.
