- NSN 1680-01-528-3687, Solicitation SPE4A7-16-Q-0960, PR 0062988168. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for Belt, Aircraft Safety. Requested quantity is 54 EA. The end item application is Aviation Life Support Systems; Blackhawk Helicopter, HH-60, MH-60S. This is a Life Support Item therefore surplus will not be acceptable. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). The procurement item description cites BELT, AIRCRAFT SAFETY Source/part number: 99251/70500-02156-103.
