- State: Virginia City: Gloucester Delineated Area: Half mile either side of VA Route 17 from Route 616 south to Gloucester Point, Virginia. Minimum/Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,392 The space includes a total of 6,099 USF of "Special Space" which includes 2,320 USF of warehouse storage for boats and trailers; special space also includes labs, sheds, and a storm water pond at the rear of the property. Space Type: Office and related space, Storage, Special. Parking Spaces (Total): 6 surface outside parking spaces Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Seven (7) years Option Term: One (five) year renewal option Additional Requirements: 1. This project has not received approval for new lease construction. 2. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. 3. A fully serviced lease is required. 4. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies space under lease in Gloucester, Virginia that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
