An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. Any product that indicates prior thawing will be refused. 4) Vendors who failed to meet delivery schedule are subject to be removed from future solicitation for bid. 5) All Certified Religious Diet items must be marked accordingly or will be refused. 6) All bread deliveries are weekly (delivery schedule will be sent with PO) on Mondays within 48 hours of baking.
