Description

A Market Survey to identify potential sources for the current space need is scheduled for Tuesday, June 7, 2016, in Laramie, Wyoming. The survey will commence promptly at 10:00 AM. Potential Offerors who have responded previously and new prospective Offerors should submit, via email or regular post, the following information no later than COB on Friday, June 3, 2016: 1. Offering entity information, including name, address, etc. If the property owner is being represented by another entity, an executed consent to represent must also be provided. Control or ownership is not required at this time but will be necessary at offer submission. 2. Address of the property. 3. A map indicating the location of the property with relationshhip to the delineated area. Market materials are acceptable. It is NOT necessary to hire a photographer for this item. 4. A market survey form (attached to this notice) for each property should also be submitted. As much information as is available is appreciated. 5. All appointments will be scheduled via email on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide a second choice. All appoints will be confirmed as soon as possible but no later than Friday, June 3, 2016. Please direct all questions or concerns to the LCO via email and they will be anwered promptly.
