The envisioned solution shall support DPFI processes related to recording debtors and their associated debts/obligations; identifying payments submitted by debtors and appropriately allocating those payments to their debts; facilitating the referral of relevant overdue debtors/obligations for collection; and appropriately and correctly supporting financial reporting processes, to include the generation of debtor payment history and payoff balance reports. As such, the envisioned Disgorgement and Penalties Solution (DPS) will be a key component of SEC's financial management system, and subject to all of the associated financial system and accounting control requirements. Volume 1 (Go/No-Go Factor Response Form) is due at noon ET on May 31, 2016. Volume 2 (Technical) and Volume 3 (Price) is due at noon ET on June 29, 2016. The Offer Due Date in Block 8 of the SF 1449 indicates the due date of Volume 1 (Go/No-Go Factor Response Form). See attached Solicitation for details.
