Drawings SOW Instruction to Offerors SF 1449 THIS IS A HUBZone SET-ASIDE The overall objective of this requirement is to build a Surface Communications (SC) Trailer for the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) under the Department of Labor (DOL). The trailer will be used to house communications equipment and allow for IT operations during a mine emergency. The communications systems are used by senior MSHA officials to make decisions affecting the life of trapped or missing miners as well as providing key information to enhance the safety of mine rescue teams attempting to locate the missing miners. Read the Instruction to Offerors, SF 1449, Statement of Work, and review the attached drawings before submitting a proposal. Qustions are due no later than May 30, 2016; 7:00PM ET, by email only. No phone calls will be accepted. Proposals are due no later than June 08, 2016; 5:00PM ET, by email only. All questions and proposals must be sent by email to Contract Specialist, Ms. Ozge Tek at tek.ozge@dol.gov in order to be considered.
