Description

Intent of this project is to replace electrical panels IAW design documents to be provided with solicitation that support lighting, air conditioning, telephone, and data for an approximately 13,000 SF facility. IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a Total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. In addition, bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
