This modification to the synopsis posted on 05 October 2015 and revised on 14 April 2016 and 27 April 2016 is to notify industry that this potential requirement if/when solicited will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. At this time, the Government is no longer soliciting responses based on the original RFI and the updated RFI providing the draft statement of work and specification. This Request for Information (RFI) notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this synopsis. The Government will not pay for any effort expended or any material provided in response to this announcement or any follow up information requests, nor will the Government return any data provided. This is not an RFP or a promise to issue an RFP and this information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
