Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk Contracting Division intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price contract, sole source to Enecon Hampton Roads, Inc. (CAGE 1TEW0), in which this material will be used at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 325520: Adhesive Manufacturing. This procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted requirement. The contract line items (CLINs) are as follows: CLIN 0001: QTY - 6 CASES, ENECON METALCLAD DURALLOY ACTIVATOR AND BASE KITS PART # DA12X1PASTE EACH CASE CONTAINS 12X1 KG KITS EACH KIT CONTAINS 1 PART BASE AND 1 PART ACTIVATOR ORDERING DATA: a.) All material for this line item must be marked and identified clearly on each individual container and LABEL IAW CFR29.1910.1200 **MUST NOT CONTAIN METHYLENE CHLORIDE** **MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET REQUIRED WITH MATERIAL** CLIN 0002: QTY - 6 CASES, ENECON DURA TOUGH BASE AND ACTIVATOR PART # DURATOUGH DL DL12XBLUE EACH CASE CONTAINS 12X500 GRAM KITS BLUE EACH KIT CONTAINS 1 PART BASE AND 1 PART ACTIVATOR ORDERING DATA: a.) All material for this line item must be marked and identified clearly on each individual container and LABEL IAW CFR29.1910.1200 b.) Date manufactured shall be marked and identified clearly on each individual unit label, regardless of its inclusion in batch numbers. c.) All material for this line item must be marked and identified clearly on each individual container and LABEL IAW CFR29.1910.1200. b.) Date manufactured shall be marked and identified clearly on each individual unit label, regardless of its inclusion in batch numbers. c.) Shelf life expiration date shall be clearly marked on each individual unit, and must have 85% of shelf life remaining at time of receipt. **MUST NOT CONTAIN METHYLENE CHLORIDE** **MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET REQUIRED WITH MATERIAL** All items/boxes over 40 lbs. under this solicitation and/or contract are required to be palletized. Delivery will not be accepted of any material that IS NOT palletized. The shipment will not be offloaded and will be returned. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB Point, (estimated freight charge to ZIP 23709 if not destination), TAX ID #, DUNS #, CAGE code, business size, payment terms, and delivery time. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. The solicitation number is SPMYM1-16-Q-0067 and it is expected to be posted on or about 26 May 2016 and posted in FedBizOpps, https://www.fbo.gov/. Quotes will be due by 10:00 AM EDT on 1 June 2016 and may be e-mailed to the attention of Elizabeth Crocker at elizabeth.crocker@dla.mil.
