- Synopsis: The Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC) is using this Sources Sought synopsis as means of conducting Market Research pursuant to FAR Part 10. There is no solicitation at this time. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this sources sought notice. Any responses received will not be used as a proposal. This is not a request for quotes and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The intended award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Classification Code is 611699 All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction Requirement: The Marine Raider Support Group (MRSG) has a requirement to procure a language learning management system (LMS) service utilizing a web-based software for administering the delivery of online learning and training. The LMS must be flexible in order to allow users to easily manage coursework, assignments, evaluations, online and anywhere in the world. Software include Brightspace Learning Environment, Brightspace ePortfolio, Brightspace Learning Repository, Cloud Services, Test Environment, Test Environment Cloud Services, and Standard SIS/HRIS Integration Maintenance; and support service includes one (1) Government Authorized Support Contact (ASC) license that allows personnel to log and monitor support on the website with up to 60 incidents (help tickets) per year. Training includes self-directed training, instructor training (up to 12 participant per day) for four days, admin training (up to 8 participant per day) for two days, and self-directed training for administrators, instructors, and Learners. The anticipated vendor is D2L. Please submit any suggestions, questions, comments, and/or information, including literature/brochures describing your firm's ability/interest to provide these services.
