- 2016 Life Cycle Industry Day Agenda Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Life Cycle Industry Days Wednesday - Friday (14 - 16 September 2016) NOTICE TYPE: Special Notice SYNOPSIS: Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) will host Life Cycle Industry Days (LCID) from 14-16 September 2016. The goals for Life Cycle Industry Days are to facilitate the forging of new relationships between government and industry senior leaders and their multifunctional teams; provide a forum to discuss near and long-term requirements; and provide an opportunity for large and small business to discuss possible partnerships. AFLCMC will provide current and projected warfighting requirements, technology, and cost saving/innovative initiatives. The overall LCID focus is on the life cycle management across all AFLCMC portfolios. September 14-15 are reserved for discussions of AF requirements and discussion areas. September 16 is dedicated to one-on-one discussions between Air Force and Industry. The event will also accommodate discussions between large and small businesses for future partnering. The location for LCID is the University of Dayton River Campus. The River Campus is located at 1700 South Patterson Blvd Dayton, Ohio 45469. See Attachment 1 for the detailed agenda. REGISTRATION, MEETING ACCESS and CLEARANCE: Please visit http://www.wpafb.af.mil/lcid for detailed registration instructions. Each company must pre-register to attend this event. Companies are limited to four representatives. The vast majority of the discussions are UNCLASSIFIED. However, there will be discussions held at the SECRET COLLATERAL level. A visit request is required for classified session participation (See registration page for instructions). All participants must be US citizens. Foreign participation is NOT authorized. NOTE: This notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to the notice, or participation in the event (to include attendee travel costs), nor will the Government accept proposals as a result of this notice.
