The SOURCES SOUGHT announcement posted on 4 February 2015 includes details regarding general tasking required. The previous PRESOLICITATION announcement posted on 15 December 2015 provides information regarding establishment of access to the AIMD N00019-15-R-0079 Competition Library and draft solicitation documents. DRAFT RFP: The following AIMD N00019-15-R-0079 DRAFT RFP documents are hereby posted for industry review and comment: DRAFT Sections A - K; DRAFT Attachments 1-3, 5-10, 15-21, and 26; DRAFT Exhibits A and B; and DRAFT Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and Samples. Also posted are Government responses to industry questions. DRAFT Sections L and M will be posted for comment at a later date. INDUSTRY FEEDBACK to DRAFT RFP: Comments may be submitted with regard to this DRAFT solicitation but are strictly voluntary and will be considered by the Government to further refine the requirement and enhance the solicitation. Such comments should be submitted no later than 4pm EDT 9 June 2016 to the Contract Specialist, Patrick Abell, at patrick.abell@navy.mil, with a copy to the Contracting Officer, Noelle Reimers, at noelle.reimers@navy.mil. The Government does not intend to post responses to industry comments but will consider them as the solicitation is finalized. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
