- Project Description OR FWS ORCO 2015(2) Alder Island Parking Lot & OR FWS ORCO 2014(1) Two Rivers Peninsula Parking Lot, Oregon Coast National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Tillamook and Lincoln Counties, Oregon The work consists of Grading, base, paving, drainage, structures for parking lot and other small items of work. Project length:.086 Miles Tentative Fixed Completion Date: Fall 2016 (Once solicitation is issued, see FAR Clause 52.211-10 for exact date.) Estimated Price Range: Less than $500,000 Location: 5 Miles S of Lincoln City, Oregon To view the INTERESTED VENDORS LIST you must register as an FBO user. Go to https://www.fbo.gov/. Scroll down to the "Vendors/Citizens" box. Click on "Register Now" and follow the directions. THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This project will include 2 bid schedules. Only one schedule will be awarded. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts. The Maximum line of credit is $750,000. The STLP loan has a variable rate, which is connected to the prime rate.
