- SF-30 with attachment The purpose of this amendment is to provide details about the site visit in an update to provision L.7 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) Alternate I (FEB 1995). (updated provision attached) All other terms and conditions remain the same. his is an invitation for bid (IFB) solicited using the sealed bidding procedures of FAR Part 14. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required for the construction/enhancement on a WRP easement. The estimated value of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $36.5M. A site visit will be held. Solicitation Number: AG-3C78-S-16-0022 Notice Type: Presolicitation Synopsis: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) State Office in Salina, KS intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for KDWPT/Trost and Borchardt, Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) Restoration in Republic County, Kansas. The work will consist of construction/enhancement of wetlands on the WRP easements including mobilization and demobilization, structure removal (wells), clearing and grubbing, critical area planting and mulching, earthfill dikes, earthfill/topsoil replacement (depression), structure for water control (12-inch), range planting (native), chemical weed control, and turf reinforcement mat. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the projects is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $36.5M. The Product Service Code is Y1QA. The anticipated period of performance for this project is 112 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside.
