Notice to Offerors Statement of Work RFQ TITLE: Repair of USCG Air Station Sacramento underground water pipe leak locate at 6037 Price Avenue McClellan, CA 95652. 1) This is a REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) and will be a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract. 2) Provide all materials, labor, equipment and transportation required to accomplish the work listed in the specifications. 3) This solicitation is considered Construction and is restricted to small business RFQ The NAICS is 237110. Construction Wage Requirements Statute Wage Determination (formerly Davis Bacon Act Wage Rates) will apply and are attached. 4) The Magnitude of Construction is LESS THAN $25,000. 5) Prospective quoters/offerors are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to visit the site to familiarize themselves with existing site conditions. Site visit arrangements shall be directed to USCG Air Station Sacramento LCDR Kevin Plylar (916) 643-7644 or MKC Jose Casas : (916)-643-7645. 6) ALL PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY 4PM JUNE 3RD 2016.
