- NSNs: 4010-01-621-8945 and 4920-01-575-8451, Wire Rope Assembly and Support Platform AMC/AMSC "3C" QCC Code of "DAB". Configuration Management Applies. Part Numbered Item. Approved Source: International Parts Supply, (0MVG5), P/N IPS30059. Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program applies. Stocked Item. This NSN is not a Critical Application Item and is not a commercial item. Requested delivery is 122 Days ARO for 01-621-8945 and 92 days ARO for 01-575-8451. Solicited on an Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competition Basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 87 each (01-621-8945) and 175 each (01-575-8451) per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 22 each and 67 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 850 each and 1415 each. The minimum delivery order is 22 and 67 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 87 each and 175 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 10 June 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
