Description

The purpose of this modification is to change the Response Date and Archive Date listed in the Pre-solicitation. The response date is changed from 06/01/2015 to 06/02/2016. The archive date is changed from 06/22/2015 to 06/28/2016. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire non-personal services support for the Navy ™s Acquisition Integrity Office located in the Naval Office of General Counsel. The proposed contract action is for commercial services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(10). Interested parties may identify their capability and respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received in response to notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Portfolio Media, Inc. is the only supplier that can provide the full array of databases required by the Navy ™s Acquisition Integrity Office. There is no other comparable platform in which to obtain breaking legal news in one centralized location. As the Navys focal point in the deterrence and detection of fraud schemes, this office requires the ability to remain vigilant of the current developments emerging among our major Government Contractors.
