- Quantity 79 Each Thermal Battery (EAP-12165) The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis for this requirement in accordance with FAR PART 12 and 13 for 79 Each; Thermal Battery (EAP-12165). This requirement is sole source to Eagle Picher Technologies, LLC, P.O. Box 47, Joplin, MO 64801-0047as a direct replacement that has been designed to fit the existing configuration, both functionally and physically, which includes the EAP-12165 Lithium Thermal Battery. Any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-T-0244 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, cost, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
