- LTC PROJECT for NSN 1560-00-778-5431, PR: 1000047251, NOMENCLATURE: PANEL ASSEMBLY,SKIN. Item is used on B52 Aircraft. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is an Small Business Set Aside Procurement. Manufacturers: Hexcel Corporation (12794), Limco Airepair Inc (16630),Nordam Group (29957),Rohr, Inc DBA Goodrich (51563), Airborne Supply (65088),Magellan Aerospace, Middletown (80512),Boeing (82918) Kaman Composites (96145), Honeycomb Company of America (99115), Bonded Technology Inc. (015P0), Cynthia Garcia DBA Aerosopace (0JWH9), P/N 34-1241-520 and Boeing (82918) P/N 334-1241-2 NO COMPLETE DATA PKG/BIDSET CURRENTLY EXISTS. ALL ITEMS OF SUPPLY SHALL BE MARKED IAW MIL-STD-129. IN ADDITION, EACH UNIT PACK WILL BE MARKED WITH LOT AND SERIAL NUMBER (IF AVAILABLE), CONTRACTOR'S CAGE CODE, ACTUAL MANUFACTURER'S CAGE CODE AND PART NUMBER. MIL-STD-130N(1) DATED 16 NOV 2012. IDENTIFICATION MARKING OF U.S. MILITARY PROPERTY Item is a CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one, one-year Base period and four, one-year Option Periods. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 3 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 1 each for the Base Period only. The Maximum Contract Quantity for the life of the contract is 5 each for the Base and Option Periods combined. The required production lead-time is 158 Days after receipt of order (ARO) for Production. Option to extend terms of the contract is 48 months. Duration of contract period is 60 months. Requirement is a Small Business set aside Procurement. Higher Level Quality Assurance (Manufacturers) applies. Surge and Sustainment are NOT required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
