- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE M00264-16-T-0110 This synopsis is not a request for quotes/offers/proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via the Government Point of Entry (GPE), FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on or around June 8, 2016 for the procurement of telephone directory attendant software. The Marine Corps Operations Center currently uses a multi-user, computer based telephone directory database that connects senior leadership access the global. The current system (Conveyant Teledirectory Attendant Console) requires upgrade to the new release or new software. A complete Statement of Work will be provided at the time of solicitation. This is not a request for responses. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will solicit and award the resulting contract utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 13. It is the Government's intention to issue a single firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition will be solicited under full and open competition. The Government intends to award a single award, on an all or none basis. Conducting Business with the Government: In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. When available, the solicitation documents for this requirement will be accessible via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to the specified GPE for the solicitation and any amendments. No CDs or hard copies will be available. Quoters are responsible for checking the referenced page for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offerors inability to access the document posted at the referenced website.
