Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requisition No : 1164149 NAICS Code : 511120 IHS Global, Inc. 15 Inverness Way East Englewood, CO 80112 The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with IHS Global, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) -- Soliciting From a Single Source, to obtain a renewal of a subscription to "Chemical Economics Handbook. These services are required from June 11, 2016 - June 10, 2017, to support the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN). A determination that the proposed price is fair and reasonable will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-3. Interested parties may identify in writing their interest and capability to respond. Responses must be received by no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Time, on Monday, June 6, 2016. If the FDA identifies no other capable sources by that day and time, a Fixed Price Purchase Order will be issued to IHS Global, Inc. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ).
