Description

The VA Tennessee Valley Health Care System VAMC Nashville has a requiremen for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract. The intent is to award an IDIQ contract for temporary overnight lodging of medical/surgical patients. The duration of the contract will be one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options which may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The guaranteed minimum will be 1 room per IDIQ and maximum will be 4784 rooms per fiscal year. Prior to contract award, the selected firm must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Failure to register may render the firm ineligible for award. If already registered, ensure representations and certifications in SAM are current. The NAICS code is 721110 and the PSC is V231. This solicitation will be posted on or about July 1, 2016 and set aside for small business. The delivery or performance period requirements for the 92 rooms for week are as follows: Sunday - 16 rooms; Monday - 18 rooms; Tuesday - 19 rooms; Wednesday - 17 rooms; Thursday - 16 rooms; Friday - 3 rooms; and Saturday - 3 rooms. The proposed contract will cover performance periods that include a base period plus four (4) one year options.
