The Regional Contracting Office-MCIPAC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20160510. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 611420- Computer Training. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. In accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), the Government is soliciting quotes for the VoX Eclipse Training. The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability, Price. It is the quoters responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the Government in order to determine acceptability of the offered services. Therefore, the quoter shall submit all technical information pertaining to their quoted services in order for the Government to determine technical acceptability. ****************************************************************************** CLIN 0001: VoX Eclipse Inspector Training (Base Year) Qty: 1 Service Number of Students: Up to but not limited to 11 students Period of Performance: 5-days training *Please provide proposed Period of Performace. The contractor shall provide training in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Price shall be inclusive of all training materials and service. Service shall be performed at Camp Foster, Okinawa, JAPAN or Hawaii CLIN 0002: Travel Related Expense (Base Year) Contractor shall submit all related receipts with invoice prior to payment. All other travel expenses not authorized under this CLIN shall not be reimbursed. A. The Contractor shall provide Travel as specified. (1) Travel arrangements shall be in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and approved prior to travel by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) is required. (2) Trips must be in direct support of contracted efforts. (3) No profit shall be paid under this CLIN. (4) Travel shall not exceed the obligated amount as specified in this CLIN. B. The Contractor shall provide travel on a cost reimbursable basis only. C. Governments Not to Exceed Amount for this CLIN is $15,000.00. Per Federal Travel Regulation, airfare for economy class flight is authorized for reimbursement. If desired, the instructor is allowed to arrive Okinawa, Japan or Hawaii two days prior to training start date and have a next day as a rest day. Lodging and per diem will be reimbursed for this rest day. CLIN2001: VoX Eclipse Inspector Training (Option Year 2) Qty: 1 Service CLIN 2002: Travel Related Expense (Option Year 2) Qty: 1EA Not to Exceed Amount for this CLIN is $15,000.00. CLIN3001: VoX Eclipse Inspector Training (Option Year 3) Qty: 1 Service CLIN 3002: Travel Related Expense (Option Year 3) Qty: 1EA Not to Exceed Amount for this CLIN is $15,000.00.
