Description

The Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center located at 420 N. James Road, Columbus, Ohio 43219 has a requirement for hazardous waste removal services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, applicable licenses and permits, and other items and services necessary to perform hazardous waste removal. NAICS Code 562112. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov). All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. The solicitation will be made available after June 1, 2016. Offerors will need to click on RFP VA250-16-R-0154 solicitation in order to download the solicitation documents. Submit all questions to the contract specialist, Mary Lu Gilbert via email at marylu.gilbert@va.gov by June 10, 2016. The response date for this solicitation is June 16, 2016 by 2:00pm EST. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing.
