Awards were made to the following Contractors: OFFEROR NAMECONTRACT # American Orthopedics & Prosthetics Inc.VA251-15-D-0045 Hanger, Inc.VA251-15-D-0046 Maxcare Orthotics & Prosthetics LLCVA251-15-D-0047 Springer Prosthetic & Orthotic Svcs. Inc.VA251-15-D-0048 Anew Life Prosthetics & Orthotics VA251-15-D-0070 Tom Watson's Prosthetic & Orthotics Lab, Inc.VA251-15-D-0071 The total minimum dollar amount, or guaranteed minimum, for each contract awarded is $150.00 per contract over the life of the contract. The maximum total value of all contracts awarded resulting from this solicitation, inclusive of the base year and all options (if exercised), shall not exceed $10,288,836.00.
