Description

This is a Sources Sought/Market Research synopsis. The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center Contracting office is performing market research to ascertain whether there are potential sources and their business size classification (HUB-Zone, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, or Veteran Owned Business) relative to NAICS Code 325412. The VA Medical Center is seeking potential sources to provide and deliver Fluorodeoxyglucose (F18-FDG) - Radiopharmaceuticals to the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center (OBVAMC). The location is as follows: Overton Brooks VA Medical Center- PET/CT Nuclear Medicine Examinations, 510 East Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA 71101. Contractor will provide multiple daily routine deliveries of Fluorodeoxyglucose (F18-FDG) - Radiopharmaceuticals as needed. Routine weekday (M-F) delivery times will be based on patient schedule and caseload. There are no routine scheduled deliveries on weekends or Federal Holidays. At least one (1) scheduled delivery of Fluorodeoxyglucose (F18-FDG) - Radiopharmaceuticals per day with no associated fee and additional isotope availability, as per clinical schedule including emergency deliveries, as needed. Bulk pricing with associated cost advantage will be considered. Vendor must be able to start performance on or about 27 June 2016. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotes. A solicitation will issued at a later date and time. All information submitted in response to this source sought notice is considered voluntary. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number, geographical location, business size and number of employees. 'Sources shall be licensed in a state, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia and an authorized manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceuticals'. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to Veronica Maskell, Contract Specialist at e-mail address: veronica.maskell@va.gov. A telephone response will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than June 17, 2016.
