- Part Number List The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as part of Market Research to obtain a list of available sources to supply aircraft parts (production and spares) to sustain its fleet of 98 MH-65E Short Range Recovery (SRR) helicopters. The parts required are Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS) components, VOR/ARN-147 navigation radios and Automatic Flight Control System servos. The contractor shall manufacture, assemble, integrate, test, certify and deliver the required quantities of the components listed in the attachment. Companies that believe they have the capability to deliver the listed parts must submit a capability statement detailing how the company can deliver the part given. Only the exact P/N and NSN will be accepted. Traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Rockwell Collins, Inc., is a requirement for any interested party other than the OEM. Responsible sources include firms who can effectively demonstrate their ability to provide the components with documentation demonstrating the complete line of ownership. The capability statement shall also include the company's DUNS number, a brief discussion of any previous experience similar to this requirement, and a point of contact in the event the USCG requires additional information. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), or a promise to issue a RFP in the future. Quotes submitted based on this notice will not be accepted. Capability statements received prior to the closing time will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement is possible. Questions concerning this acquisition may be directed to the parties listed below. Statements shall be limited to five pages.
