Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation in its entirety; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement shall be conducted under FAR Parts 12 Commercial Acquisitions and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award to this solicitation shall be based on the offeror's ability to provide those specific supplies and services stated in the solicitation. Solicitation number VA262-16-Q-0798 is issued as a "Brand Name or Equal" request for quotation (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334111. The Small Business size standard is 1,250 employees. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price award. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 2200 PST. Quotes shall be electronically submitted via email directly to the Contracting Officer, Ralph Fontela at raphael.fontela@va.gov.
