- SF1442 THIS NOTICE IS HEREBY MODIFIED TO EXTEND THE END DATE TO JUNE 3, 2016 AT 2:00 P.M. EASTERN TIME., TO ATTACH THE SF1442. THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS WILL BE POSTED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS JUNE 1, 2016. Request for Proposal (RFP) CNMI Transmitting Station Guy-Wire Towers BBG50-CNMI042816 Synopsis: The Broadcasting Board of Governors, International Broadcasting Bureau (BBG/IBB), Office of Contracts has a requirement for a Contractor to inspect and replace structural guy on the Antenna Towers on the islands of Saipan and Tinian located in the Northern Marianas Islands. This is the Solicitation to replace the Pre-solicitation Notice number CNMI021816. This solicitation is for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 15 and FAR 36.213-2 as supplemented with the additional information attached to this not Request for Proposal. The solicitation number is BBG50-CNMI042816 and is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will result in a single award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. See the attached Request for Proposals for the additional information. The RFP package will only be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), http://www.fbo.gov and by the internet only. This Procurement is being issued as unrestricted (Full and Open). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 237130, with a small business size standard in millions of dollars - $36.5. The period of performance of proposed contract will be 365 days after receipt of notice to proceed. Per FAR36.204(d) Disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Important Notice to Offeror: Offeror must be active and eligible in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive Federal Contracts. Questions must be submitted in writing to Seneca Belinfontie, Contract Specialist by email to: CONSOQ&AL@ bbg.gov no later than May 13, 2016 by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST).
