Description: W911XK-16-B-0007 Pointe Mouillee Plans Pointe Mouillee Specifications The project includes, but is not limited to, mobilizing to Cell Four of the Pointe Mouillee Confined Disposal Facility (CDF), Berlin Township, MI and constructing a coarse aggregate embankment with rip-rap wave protection bisecting Cell Four. The cross-dike will be used for vehicular access and offloading activities. The project also includes clean-up and demobilization.
