- Description
- Work consists of the installation of a new foundation stem wall under housing unit per specifications/drawings at the Canyon Work center. Work also consists of installing new vapor barrier in the crawlspace and reshaping existing ground in order to drain surface water away from the building. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. Seeding and mulching will be completed once the ground is reshaped and all excess excavation has been removed from project area. Price Range: $25,000 to $50,000 Prebid Tour: 5 July 2016 (on site). All interested parties will meet at the Canyon Work Center at 11:00 AM (Pacific) Work must be conducted continuously starting 15 August 2016.
