- Solicitation W81K02-16-T-0074 for procurement of two (2) Single-Chamber Washer/Disinfector for MEDCOM Korea. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific (RHCO-P), Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for two (2) Single-Chamber Washer/Disinfector (Steris AMSCO 3052 (#FH16042) or equal) to include the following: Condensate Return Cool Down (#FD084 or equal) - Qty 2 Universal Transfer Cart (#FD61700 or equal) - Qty 4 Installation Kit (#FD088 or equal) - Qty 2 Load/Unload, Single/Double Conveyor System (#SCSL015 or equal) - Qty 2 Bar Code Tag Holder (#FD58000 or equal) - Qty 8 Bar Code Tags (#FD71500 or equal) - Qty 1 Connection Kit (#SCS04 or equal) - Qty 2 Operator's Manual - Qty 2 Service Manual - Qty 2 The contractor shall comply with all terms, conditions, special contract requirements and conditions, and specifications contained in the solicitation or incorporated by reference. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The annual size standard is 500 employees. This procurement will be solicited as a full and open competition with no set aside. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
