- Q&A DOL-OPS-16-R-00021 AMENDMENT V The purpose of this Amendment is twofold: 1. To post solicitation questions and responses 2. To remove in its entirety the Organization Conflict of Interest clause at Section I.6. The clause is not applicable to this procurement. ______________________________________________________________ DOL-OPS-16-R-00021 AMENDMENT IV The proposal submission date is hereby extended to June 06, 2016, 10 a.m. EST. Project: Elevator Maintenance & Repair Services Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, and equipment, and shall plan, coordinate and ensure the effective and economical operation, maintenance, and repair of the facility equipment (elevators) as specified in this Contract. Wage Determination # WD 78-1183 (Rev.-53) (Exhibit #1) This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Elevator Maintenance & Repair Services for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Admin and Management (OASAM)/ Business Operations Center (BOC). All services shall be performed at the Francis Perkins Building located at 200 Constitution Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C. 20210. The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Year and 4 - 1 Year Options. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Businesses; NAICS code 811310, $7.5 Million. The resultant award will be made on a Best Value basis; utilizing FAR Part 13.106-2 A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded as a result of this RFP.
